The assistance of people with reduced mobility is provided both at departure and upon arrival.

When booking a flight, it is essential to inform your carrier of your type and level of disability as well as the assistance required. This will enable the airline to take appropriate measures to assist you under the best conditions to facilitate your access to aircraft and airport facilities.

To receive assistance departing from Tahiti-Faa’a, you have two options:

  1. You can be dropped off at the designated areas of Terminal 1. An intercom will allow you to notify the assistance service of your presence.
